Moving on up......

well my girls finally DID it.... moved out of 3rd place and up into 2ND haha :) it was our district tournament this weekend, which basically was if we did well here we moved on to the State championships.... and our girls did just that! so the weekend of July 11Th we will be in San Diego battling it out to go to Nationals.... (secretly I don't want to make it that far, nationals is in Salem Oregon this year. is that bad? lol) I didn't have my camera this weekend, but bill brought his nifty flip with him so here are some videos..... the last one of the team I'm not sure if you can tell but we all have metals around our neck... yay us :)



This is Lindsey... its ALL her fault Im even coaching right now haha :)just kidding Im glad she called.... we played softball back when we were kids together, so we have know each other for a LONG time.

Celebrating

Tonight Bill and I dropped the boys off at the Torok's house (Thanks girls we love you!) and headed over to the Melting pot for dinner! it was so GOOD seriously mouth watering good!!! it was great to just spend the evening together, celebrating our anniversary!!! we dont get much time alone these days so it was GREAT! by the time we were done with dinner I was EXAUSTED, so we decided to call it a night... I know Im lame but I could hardly keep my eyes open.. it was a GREAT night and Im so glad we got out! I love you Bill thanks for a GREAT night! my camera lens is broken and has to be handled just right, to get any kind of picture out of it....so we couldnt really ask anyone to take our picture together, but here is the two of us seperate that night lol :) as a gift for bill tonight I got him this really cool video recorder called Flip video.... so here is the first video taken :)

Happy Anniversary to Us

Today is our four year anniversary... in some ways it seems like just yesterday we were planning and having a blast on our wedding day.... but in other ways it seems like that day was many many years ago... time is a funny thing....

Camping @ the lake

This past weekend we thought it would be a great idea to take the boys camping with our neighbors @ the lake..... we had fun.. but BOY was it hot!! were talking 115 hot.. they went fishing, out on the boat and lots of swimming... bill was even crazy enough to bring his bike along. I dont know if I will agree to sleeping in a tent like that agian any time soon... but Im glad we got to get away... here are some pictures

But I know that we are BLESSED! I have thesse two amazing friends, who I love dearly!They have been blessed with a Talent of taking pictures, both of these girls are amazing at what they do, and it keeps them quiet busy. photography always seems to get in the way our "play" time because they always have a shot to go on or pictures to edit.
A few weeks ago I was over at Rochelles (Check her out)
house and she made mention she was going to take pictures of her boys in these AWESOME shirts that say I love dad, for his fathers day gift. I loved the idea and Begged her ok just said hey I wanna do that to... she was more then up for taking my boys pictures to. so we planned a day, and went hunting for the same shirts her boys had... they had NO more grrrrrrrrrrr I was bummed but we found some other ok shirts to take the pictures in. first stop was this alley by her house, she wanted to take her boys pictures at. while I was jumping around trying to get her boys laughing, my boys were in the car screaming to get out lol. so she finishs up with her boys, and asks if I want to try to take some pictures of my boys here too? I was like eh because I didnt think after all the screaming they were doing we would get any good shots, but I agreed to try... boy was I wrong she got the GREATEST shots of my boys together! I have yet in the 9 months titus has been around, been able to get just one decent picture of them together... untill now Ro did it!!!! :) she got some great shots of each of them seperate too but the ones of them together IM in love with!!! Thanks ro for being so awesome!!!!

3rd place AGIAN

Yup, its true 3rd place agian in this weekends tournament... its almost like they get "staight freight" in the simi finals or something! we have alot of practice to get in before our next tournament which is district. its the big tournament that decieds if we go on to State or not. if we stay in the same pattern as the last tournaments were fine top 4 teams go to state lol but hopefully we do better then top 4....... District is the 27-29th

Today is my birthday, and we get to spend it on the feild :) its ok it was fun!

I dont know what it is about 3rd place and why our girls cant seem to get in the grove on our simi champ games..... but 3rd is ok and I'll take it they played hard this weekend and are getting ready for district in a few weeks..

Ventura Harbor

My girls have a softball tournament in Ventura this weekend (GO CHINO HILLS) hehe. so we packed up the boys and the bikes and headed out.... to our great surprise our Friday night game was moved to Saturday morning , so We got to have a great family night out in the Marina. It was really weird being back here, My Grandpa used to live in this very same marina on his boat, while i was growing up. He has since passed away and passed the boat on to my moms step brother John, who now lives on it. We havent talked to John in years, and on our stroll from our hotel to a resturant we just happend to "run" into john. he didnt reconize me, but I did him he hadnt changed... anyways totally random, I did ask if my grandpa's boat was still out there and he assured me it was, I think I secretly wished he had invited us out to see it... but he didnt, and thats ok! it just gave me something to look for every time we were in the harbor. (its like wheres waldo)
